When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. We use your email address to identify your account and store your colour analysis history.

When you submit a photo for colour analysis, that image is processed by our AI system (Anthropic Claude) to determine your skin tone, undertone, and colour season. Photos are not stored permanently and are not linked to your account after analysis is complete.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide your personal colour analysis and season determination.
• To save your analysis results so you can revisit your colour profile and product recommendations.
• To personalise product recommendations matched to your colour palette.
• To communicate service updates when relevant.

3. Third-Party Services

Tonelle uses the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for secure sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — to store your email address and analysis results securely.
• Anthropic Claude — to analyse your photo and generate colour season recommendations. Images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Amazon Associates — product links are affiliate links. Clicking them may set cookies on Amazon's domain per their privacy practices.

4. Data Retention

Your email address and colour analysis results are stored for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are set by Tonelle directly. Third-party services (Google, Amazon) may set their own cookies per their respective policies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address on our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
